The day begins in Alta Langa, with a visit to a small family-run dairy, where excellent raw milk sheep’s milk cheeses are made with passion and tradition, traditional processing. Special exclusive breakfast with homemade jam and genuine Giuncà, fresh soft cheese typical of the Piedmont valleys.
You will then participate in an engaging cow’s milk cheese-making workshop in a small basement stone cellar located in Albaretto della Torre, a scenic hilltop village.
Followed by a tasting lunch, featuring local specialties.
You will then move to a modern family-run winery located in the heart of the Barolo Langhe, for visit and tasty tasting of goat cheeses paired withAlta Langa Spumanti in a comfortable, private room.
The day ends here, in the perfect place to understand, appreciate and enjoy the extraordinary richness of the Serralunga and Barolo hills.
