Sustainability in the winery Safeguarding biodiversity

A young winery that adheres to the “Green Experience” project: integrated production that pays attention to sustainability and the protection of biodiversity.

Here you will have the opportunity to discover the company in all its parts: the farm, agri-butcher shop, winery and vineyards. Afterwards, a tasty wine, charcuterie, raw meat and sausage tasting will await you.

On the border between the Langhe and Monferrato awaits your second visit: afamily farm that artisanally transforms grapes into wines that tell the story of the land and part of their history.

The tour consists of 3 stages: a tour of the vineyard through the ciabot, a visit to the winery where the grapes are made into wine, and finally a tasting of the wines, paired with local cheeses and cured meats.

The day continues with a pleasant picnic among the farm’s rows of vines, based on local specialties.

The last leg of the experience will take you to an area where Piedmont’s first solar powerplant aimed at wine production was officially established in 2005.

The farm has been named a WWF-affiliated oasis since 2007, as it is home to numerous species of wild orchids among its vineyards, and is constantly dedicated to the preservation of biodiversity.

Here you can taste, among the various wines they produce, a unique specialty of this area: the Loazzolo DOC, derived from Moscato grapes naturally dried on mats in the fruttaio.
