12:00 p.m.
Tasting lunch, in a small winery producing the renowned Barolo wine, based on a selection of local appetizers, a first course, cow’s milk cheeses, a dessert with IGP Hazelnut.
All paired with the fine wines produced locally.
4:00 p.m.
Closing toast with a glass of Alta Lang a and artisanal savory products made from ancient flours at the top of a medieval tower symbolic of a small village located in Alta Langa.
