12:00 p.m.

Tasting lunch based on homemade flatbreads and breads baked in a wood-burning oven, various aged cow’s milk cheeses, jams, homemade yogurt, in rustic farmhouse surrounded by greenery. The whole paired with a glass of Dolcetto.

3:00 p.m.

Visit to a small company producing and processing the renownedIGP hazelnut of the Langhe region.Workshop of small pastries andtasting of hazelnut products with a view of Monviso.

6:00 p.m.

Tasting concluding with a view panoramic based on Vermouth or Gin paired with chocolate.
