The cooking class is our proposal dedicated to both enthusiasts and newcomers to cooking.
The vineyards of Barbaresco are the setting for this delightful corner in the Langhe.
You will begin with a comprehensiveintroduction to the produce from the local garden, accompanied by a good glass of wine from the area.
Introduction that will only be the appetizer to the main course: the cooking class.
You will be followed step by step by a chef experienced in regional and revisited cuisine.
A tasting lunch in the vineyard, is the perfect ending to a day devoted to gastronomic passions and a love of discovering completely new flavors and scents.
Cuisine is tradition and identity. This will be your chance to get to know each other better.
