Tasting of blue-veined cow’s milk cheeses paired with aselection of artisanal Vermouth, Turin’s iconic aromatic wine.

12:30 p.m.

Lunch in an exclusively reserved stone cellar by a private chef of typical dishes paired with an indigenous grape variety.

At the end, chalice of Moscato d’Asti at the top of the medieval tower of Albaretto, an evocative historical village of Alta Langa.

3:30 p.m.

Depart for a pleasant scenic ride among the most characteristic villages of the Langhe, for a moment of further immersion in the surrounding landscape.

8:00 p.m.

Dinner with tasting menu and pairing of three wines presented directly by the producer.
